NORTH CONWAY, N.H. The trial of a Maine man accused of spying on women by hiding beneath a rest-stop outhouse at a White Mountain Forest park in New Hampshire is due in court (at 1:30) today.
Forty-five-year-old Gary Moody of Pittsfield was arrested in May after being pulled from the tank of an outhouse off the Kangamangus Highway. He told police he was looking for a lost wedding ring.Moody’s trial was being held in North Conway District Court.
