NORTH CONWAY, N.H. The trial of a Maine man accused of spying on women by hiding beneath a rest-stop outhouse at a White Mountain Forest park in New Hampshire is due in court (at 1:30) today.
Forty-five-year-old Gary Moody of Pittsfield was arrested in May after being pulled from the tank of an outhouse off the Kangamangus Highway. He told police he was looking for a lost wedding ring.Moody’s trial was being held in North Conway District Court.
yeah like the judge is going to believe that one, he was in the tank all night when they locked up from the previous day!
